AndroNautic offers an email flow from which you can request payments according to the status or step of the booking. For example, if someone makes a request for a boat, and you confirm that it is available, you can proceed to request payment by sending your Options template.

In the same way you can configure your templates for the more advanced stages of the booking that require collections such as the SECOND_PAYMENT template, or you can even invite the customer to pay from the partially paid booking (PREBOOKED). You have the freedom to set up the communication flow you want.
