Create a new activity: Set prices

To define prices we offer you 7 possible scenarios of how to offer an activity. Click on the one you need:

For the example we will use a boat trip for a maximum of 10 people.
Sold square by square, always at the same price.
Sold square by square, with different prices for children and/or babies.
Sold seat by seat, the price varies according to the number of seats purchased.
An exclusive service is sold at a fixed price for a group.
Sold exclusively for a group, but the price depends on the number of people in the group.
It is sold at a fixed price for a group of up to N people, with an additional charge if there are more people.

You can define different scenarios for different seasons.

Scenario 1. Sold square by square, always at the same price.

Scenario 2. Sold on a place-by-place basis, with different prices for children and/or infants

Scenario 3. Sold on a seat-by-seat basis, price varies according to the number of seats purchased.

Advanced settings > I want to specify prices depending on the number of people in the booking.
Create price ranges
Add price per range.

Scenario 4. Sold to an exclusive service with a fixed price for a group.

Scenario 5. Sold exclusively to a group, but the price depends on the number of people in the group.

Scenario 6. It is sold at a fixed price for a group of up to N people, with an additional charge if there are more people.

For example, a boat trip is designed with food for 5 people for €400. If there are 6 or more the additional person will pay €75.

Choose option "As private groups" > Advanced settings.
Check option "I want to specify a price increase from a certain number of people in the group".
In the field limit of persons define the number of persons included in the price per group. In price per person add the extra to charge if there are more people.
