Go to Catalog > Activities> Resources.

Create a name and define capacity in nº of people. This way you can create any resource such as a van for land activities.
If you want to link a boat from your catalog, search by name and save. Once it is saved you can link it to an office or base.

From the Activity Profile in the Preferences tab, you can select the resource(s) available to perform the activity.

ou are offered the Price field, to define the cost of the resource. For example, you sell an activity seat-by-seat using a boat from a provider in your marina who charges you 900€ for a full day on his boat. The system will calculate the yield of your activity by deducting the price as a cost from your ticket revenue

You will also find the "Add resource rates" selector, which allows the system to add the price you assign to the resource to what the customer must pay.

Notes:

1.  If you get bookings for an activity that uses a boat as a resource that is also offered for charter, a MARK will be created in the planner blocking the availability. You will be able to open the Activity booking from the mark in the boat's planner.

2. If an activity requires a resource, but it is rented for charter for a given date, the activity will not be vilable.

3.  You can add several resources to the same activity. If it is rented as a full service you can offer it in the same schedule as many times as boats linked as resources (e.g. 3 exclusive Sunset departures in my 3 boats available at 7PM).

4. If you sell the activity on a seat by seat basis and you have more than one boat, the system will try to fill one and then start with the other in order not to block the availability. For example, if I have two 10 person boats and I already have 7 spots booked:

   1. I get a new booking for 2 pax, they take spots 8 and 9 on the boat.

   2. I get a booking from a party of 4, the second boat is booked for the activity. If then a party of 2 books the activity, they will go on the first boat.
