Downpayments to confirm bookings

Add Downpayment rule: Allows the client to pay a percentage to confirm the booking, defining deadlines and how far in advance the reservation must be paid. More than one rule can be created.

In this example first payment would be:

30% with 30 days in advance or more
50% between 7 and 29 days in advance.
100% with less than 7 days in advance.

In the following example we see how the payments would be for a reservation of 1.000€ with current date Feb 4th, 2022 with the previous configuration:
