Zapier integration

Use the Zapier to automate tasks without the need to write code

Use the AndroNautic app in your Zap to automate your work in minutes, without the need to write code.

Zapier is a web automation tool that allows you to connect two or more apps to create workflows that perform repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration.

Our system is integrated with Zapier through a Zapier app that we have created. This app allows you to connect our system with thousands of other apps available on Zapier, such as Google, Slack, Mailchimp, etc.

How to start using Zapier with AndroNautic?

Create a Zapier account

To start using Zapier with our system, first you need to create a Zapier account on their website. Then, you can create a Zap. A Zap is an automated workflow that connects your apps together. Every Zap consists of a trigger step and one or more action steps. When you publish your Zap, it will run the action steps every time the trigger event occurs.

Our app only supports triggers at the moment. You can use our app as a trigger to start a workflow in another app. For example, you can create a Zap that triggers when a new booking is created in our system and subscribes the customer to a store in Mailchimp.

Use our app as a trigger

To use our app as a trigger in your Zap, you need to search for our app AndroNautic in the Zapier app marketplace.

Then, you can select the trigger event that you want to use in your Zap. For example, you can select the trigger event "New booking" to trigger the workflow when a new reservation (any product) is created in our system.

Authenticate with our system

To authenticate your account with our system, you need to provide your API token. To generate an API token, go to "Configuration > Zapier" in the AndroNautic backoffice and click on the "Create account" button. Copy the token and paste it in the Zapier authentication window.

Test the trigger

You can now test the trigger to make sure it is working correctly. You should see a success message in Zapier and an example of the data that you will receive once the trigger is activated.

Create the workflow

Now you can create the workflow by adding one or more actions to the Zap. For example, you can add an action to subscribe the customer that made a reservation to a Mailchimp store when the trigger is activated. In this action you will have access to the example data that you received in the test trigger, so you can use this data to customize the action.

Publish your Zap

Finally, you can publish your Zap to start automating the task. You can turn off the Zap at any time if you want to stop the automation.

How to test that the Zap is workng correctly?

To test the Zap is working correctly, once you have published and activated it, you can create a new activity or boat booking in the backoffice and check if the action you have configured is getting the information from the trigger correctly.

Keep in mind that this process is asynchronous, so triggering the workflow may take a bit.

On the left-side menu, go to "Catalog > Boats" or "Catalog > Activities", select one and click on the top right button "Book". Fill in the booking form with fake information to test it and click on the "Save" button.

In case of boats, the "Boat rate" and "Tax" fields are required. In case of activities, you just need to select a day on the calendar and save it.

If the Zap is working correctly, you should receive a notification with the information you configured in the action.
