Click & Boat Integration

The Click & Boat integration is a module of the Andronautic channel manager that automatically:

• Keeps the Click & Boat calendar up to date, marking unavailable days through occupancy blocks.
• Detects and downloads bookings generated on Click & Boat, creating bookings in Andronautic.

Currently, Click & Boat does not support bookings with durations of less than one day.

Activation process

If you are already an Andronautic customer and want to use this integration, please contact our support department, preferably by email, to formalize the activation of the service.

Initial setup

The integrations of the Andronautic channel manager follow very similar guidelines for initial setup, summarized in these steps:

1. Go to the menu option Configuración > Integraciones > Click & Boat and fill in the credentials configuration form.
2. Using the menu option Catalog > Boats, go to the Mapping tab of each of your boats’ profiles to carry out the initial association (or mapping) between both platforms, so that Andronautic knows which boat in the external system corresponds to each one. You only need to map the boats you want to keep synchronized.

You won’t need to repeat these steps unless there are changes to your credentials or your fleet.

Day-to-day use

Each occupancy block in Andronautic can be automatically updated on Click & Boat. This will mark that day as occupied on the Click & Boat calendar. Likewise, if that occupancy block is deleted in Andronautic, it will also be released on the Click & Boat calendar.

Click & Boat bookings will be automatically reflected (downloaded) in Andronautic.
