When a booking arrives in our Backoffice, we can send an email to the customer answering his request according to the booking status.
To modify the texts according to the booking status, go to our Backoffice Management > Bookings, choose any booking and when you are inside, go to the client section.
In the template section you will see a drop-down menu where you can choose the booking option you want to edit and click on modify.
It opens a tab as in the following picture, where you can edit the texts of the subject, header, title ... so that it is automated for all future emails
